Andy Dusenbery

Vice President of IS Operations and Security

Andy Dusenbery was promoted to the role of Vice President of IS Operations and Security in 2023, after a 20-year career at Bay Cove that included stints as Help Desk Specialist, Help Desk Manager, and eventually Director of IT Operations. Andy leads Bay Cove’s IT Operations team, which is responsible for creating and maintaining the agency information and communication infrastructure, providing technical support through the IT Help Desk, and ensuring the security of information and systems.

Prior to joining Bay Cove, Andy worked in higher education and international student and scholar exchange programs. He holds a bachelor degree in Japanese Studies from Earlham College, and a masters degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University College.
