Adeola Adejinmi

Chief Nursing Officer

In 2022, Adeola Adejinmi, MSN, BSN, RN was named Bay Cove's first-ever Chief Nursing Officer. Prior to her promotion, Adeola spent five years as the agency’s Director of Health Services within our Mental Health Services, where she excelled as a results-oriented healthcare professional with strong medical, supervisory, and administrative skills.  

In her new role, Adeola is responsible for Bay Cove's nursing standards of practice and guidelines for nursing care. She coordinates with the nurse managers and nursing supervisors across the agency to ensure our hiring, orientation and supervision of nursing staff is aligned with the best practices in the field and our organizational values.
